Balaji Krishnaswamy - Principal Advisor

Balaji is a Solutions Architect in the space of Reporting, especially within the space of Regulatory Reporting. His extensive expertise and in-depth understanding of the requirements and associated solutions on the demand-side and the supply-side of Regulatory Reporting, makes him stand out as unique in the industry.

Having nurtured his career from both - a functional side user in banking and also a technologist starting as a Programmer, Balaji is an authority in the Regulatory Reporting sphere.

A principal consultant with and advisor to M/s. Integratech Pte Ltd., Singapore Balaji oversees all the Design, Technical, and Functional aspects of its Regulatory Reporting and MIS Requirements engine for Banking and Financial Institutions. He is responsible for the automation of banking reports and integration of systems, GAP analysis for new reporting changes etc.

Balaji had worked as Head of IT Core Banking at ABN AMRO Bank Singapore, driving the bank’s core and related applications and the entire MIS reporting suite including Regulatory reporting and Risk reporting, in his previous role. During that tenure he managed the systems migration, system integration building interfaces in addition to management reporting.

He had also served as head of IT positions with some erstwhile banks such as MeesPierson, Fortis Bank in Singapore and was Head of IT, Indian Overseas Bank, Hongkong.

Balaji has to his credit several certifications in Project Management & IT Security areas such as - CISA, CQA, CITPM (Project Management), MCDBA. He has a Masters in Commerce and Masters in Business Administration - E-Commerce.

Murali Padmanaban– Principal - America's

Murali has over 20 years of experience in software architecture and development. He is a highly skilled and a result-oriented information technology executive with a solid understanding finance and healthcare. He has proven track record of managing teams, technologies and best practices of software products and program management. Range of experience includes but not limited to, assess business requirements and translate into technical specifications, create solution design/documents, leading SDLC/Agile development teams, work with Project Managers for resource planning. Work closely with the business partners to devise a strategy and create enterprise solutions. Currently leading Rovar Infotech as a BI Architect with a focus on finance and healthcare.

Define and implement strategy for collecting, managing, accessing and optimizing enterprise data by collaborating with data owners and stewards across the institution. Provide leadership in data governance, business intelligence and analytics that empower and enable development of solutions across enterprise.

Kannan – Chief Financial Officer

Kannan is serving as Chief Operating Officer of ITCorpz, Inc (USA) and is handling the Onsite & Offshore operations based out of Hyderabad, India. He is responsible for the Finance & Accounts, Corporate Development of the company.

Kannan is having proficiency of Finance, Accounts (US-GAAP and I-GAAP), Merger & Acquisition, Public Issues, Secretarial, Human Resources, and Legal Functions experience in the Manufacturing, Banking, Healthcare and IT industry.

In his earlier assignments, Kannan served as General Manager - Finance & Accounts at Spectacle Infotek Limited, Mumbai, a public limited company where he looked after Finance & Accounts, Strategy Planning, Merger and Acquisitions. Kannan was instrumental in listing Spectacle Infotek Limited in National Stock Exchange (NSE). During his tenure, under his supervision, Spectacle Infotek Limited acquired two subsidiaries in USA.

In his career, he has served in key positions with many prestigious institutions such as TVS Group, ABN Amro Bank, Cambridge Technology Enterprises and LGS Global Limited. Kannan still serves as advisory role in many companies & start-ups and instrumental and mentoring to shape up their business strategy. Kannan holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madras University.

Rajesh Suryadevara – Chief Innovation Officer

Rajesh is a strategy, marketing and innovation consultant with 12 years of experience in industry and consulting. He is a B.Tech in computer science and engineering and a MBA in Global Business from the world renowned Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA with additional modules in ISB, India and Peking University, China.
